9.3  If a dispute requires mediation, the parties involved agree to submit their dispute to an agreed upon faith based and biblically sound organisation, whose findings will be binding.

1.1  “TCFC” means Trinity Christian Family Church with Section 21 registration number 2006/003/786/08

 

1.2  “Goods or Services” relates to various messages taught by Pastor Wellington Dhlamini and made available for purchase;

 

1.3  “Effective date” means the date in the heading of this agreement, which reflects the latest date upon which amendments have been made to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

1.4  “Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement, as amended from time to time. This document should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Website Terms and Conditions, which are available on the Website.
